Nevada OSHA Requirements

Nevada state law requires OSHA 30 certification for anyone supervising, installing, or dismantling a trade show booth in the state. This applies to every venue in Las Vegas. OSHA 10 is the minimum for general crew. OSHA cards expire every 5 years. Synergers crew are OSHA 30 certified.

EAC Rules in Las Vegas

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) are allowed at every major Las Vegas show. The process:

1. Submit EAC registration form to show management.
2. Provide COI (Certificate of Insurance).
3. Pay registration fee ($100-$500 depending on show).
4. Crew checks in at show service desk before move-in.

Note: Submit EAC paperwork 2-3 weeks before the show. Late submissions may result in having to use the GC labor instead.
