Book as early as possible. For major Las Vegas shows (CES, SEMA, NAB, ISC West), we recommend confirming your crew 4 to 6 weeks out. For smaller shows or SoCal events, 2 to 3 weeks is standard. We accommodate last-minute requests when capacity allows, but early booking secures your preferred crew size and shift times.
We work within the labor regulations of each specific venue and show. Some Las Vegas convention halls require union labor for certain tasks. We are experienced operating in both union and non-union environments and will advise you on what applies to your show before you book.
