From the Exhibit Floor to Building a Crew

Synergers started in 2009 because we saw a gap in the trade show labor market: crews that showed up late, communicated poorly, and treated every booth like it was just another job.

Our founder had been working on trade show floors in Las Vegas for years -- installing panels, hanging signage, running electrical, coordinating with general contractors. He knew what good labor looked like because he had done the work himself. And he knew most labor companies were delivering the minimum, not the standard.

So Synergers was built.

"We started with five guys and a single 10x20 at ISC West. By the end of that year we had worked 12 shows. The next year it was 30. The phone kept ringing because we showed up when we said we would, and we left the booth better than we found it."

Today Synergers operates in two core markets -- Las Vegas and Southern California -- with a crew roster of 50+ trained specialists. The company has worked every major show in Las Vegas: CES, NAB Show, ISC West, SEMA, JCK, MAGIC, GlobalShop, InfoComm. Over 200 shows a year. Thousands of booths installed and dismantled.

Supervised Crews, Every Job

Every Synergers deployment has a dedicated on-site supervisor. One point of contact from move-in to teardown. The supervisor reviews your floor plan, coordinates with the general contractor, and manages the crew on the floor. You do not need to babysit.

48-Hour Pre-Show Checklist

Before every show, the assigned supervisor runs a 48-hour checklist: crew confirmed, floor plans reviewed, show rules verified, move-in times locked. No morning-of scrambling.

Union and Non-Union Capable

Synergers works within the labor regulations of each venue. Some Las Vegas convention halls require union labor for specific tasks. Some do not. We know the difference and advise clients before they book.
